This lot comes from deep in the remote hills where 75% of the population are of Mayan ancestry, having lived on and with the land here for over 2000 years. The fertile soils, high altitude and mixture of warm winds from the north and cold from the south create a perfect ecosystem for high quality coffee. The result is a complex cup, with a little extra fruit.
