Either way, it's seriously delicious. The producers of Herrera in Rioblanco, Tolima, have done a fantastic job with this single variety community. Many farmers are second and third generation coffee producers and are committed to continually learning to produce higher quality coffees than the years before, experimenting with new varieties and processing methods. It clearly shows with standout quality and sweetness in this coffee.
