The imagination boggles with possibilities of espionage and shady deals.
Either way, it's seriously delicious. Hector Díaz has done a fantastic job producing this coffee using sustainable and traditional practices. Shade-grown and processed with intent and precision, expect a purple fruit party with beautiful florals.
